Competition: rules of the roost

1. Promoter

This competition is run by BRDBX LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15842343).

Registered office: Frome Lodge, The Common, Evershot, Dorchester, England, DT2 0JY.

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Maximum of one entry

per person, per week. Additional or duplicate entries will be discarded. Employees of BRDBX LTD, RHS

Garden Bridgewater and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must like both the BRDBX and RHS Garden Bridgewater Instagram pages, like the

competition post and tag two parents or carers who would enjoy a family day out. Bonus Entry: Share the

post to your story and tag @brdbx.co.uk. Bonus entries are only valid if the main entry is completed

correctly.

4. Prize Details

One winner will be selected each Thursday: 31 July, 7 August, 14 August, 21 August and 28 August 2025.

Each prize is one family ticket (2 adults + 2 children) to RHS Garden Bridgewater. Tickets can be used at

any time in 2025 but the BRDBX trail is only available for a limited period over summer. If a winner cannot

or chooses not to attend during the trail period, they may still use the ticket at another time in 2025. If a

winner cannot attend at all, the prize will be void. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is

available. Travel, food and additional expenses are not included.

5. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via direct message from the official BRDBX social media account. Winners must

respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner may be selected.

6. Final Entry Deadline

All entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm GMT on 27 August 2025.

7. Data Protection

Personal information will be used solely to administer the competition. BRDBX will not share personal data

with third parties without consent.

8. Disclaimer

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or

Facebook. Entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility related to the competition.

9. General TermsBRDBX reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms if needed. By entering,

participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. Entries that do not follow the rules will be disqualified.
