FAQs

Where should I put a bat box?
High up (3–5 metres), ideally on a wall or tree that gets some sun, south east facing so it gets some warmth during the day, but away from bright lights.
Are bats safe around people?
Completely. They avoid humans and are natural insect controllers.
Will they come?
Bats are creatures of habit, but placing boxes in bat-friendly areas increases your chances.
